Lone Star Bakeshop was started by owners Chris and Maryanne Certosimo, who tasted their first kolaches while living in Texas, where they are a popular treat.

Welcome to Lone Star Bakeshop and Bagels located in Haskell, NJ. We are excited to serve the community. We are a family run bakery offering our delicious, homemade kolaches, bagels, and breakfast sandwiches.
WHAT ARE KOLACHES?
Originating with Czech and Slovak people in central Europe, kolaches are fresh-baked pastries prized for their soft dough and a range of fillings that include fruit, cheese, or meat. They are the ideal on-the-go choice for breakfast and a tasty way to start your day.
BREAKFAST
Sip on a hot coffee and enjoy an array of delicious homemade breakfast items prepared from scratch daily. Try our blueberry and chocolate chip muffins, bagels, kolaches, and warm breakfast poppers filled with potato, onion, and cheddar cheese and your choice of bacon or sausage. Our breakfast menu is served all day.
